Cancellations received within 48 hours of tour departure incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour departure incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett:

Bungy & Minjin: Before registration - Full refund / After registration - No refund Parasail & Jetski: No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.

REEF DAYTRIPPER:

All persons travelling aboard Reef Daytripper to the Great Barrier Reef marine park are subjected to $15.00 levies. 24 hours cancellation notice is required for groups of 4 persons or less without charge. For groups exceeding 4 persons, 48 hours notice is required without charge. Tour & prices are subject to change without notice. Some medical conditions may prevent you from diving. Please read the medical questionnaire for Resort Diving. If you find you have any of the medical conditions listed and you answer yes to any question, a dive medical complying with current Queensland standards should be arranged at the earliest convenience.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Brisbane Cruises:

72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded. Four and six weeks is required for special events.

Whitsundays Sailing Adventures:

Prices are based on multi-share accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include airfares. Cancellations made less than 21 days before departure will result in complete forfeiture of full price. We reserve the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time for any reason. We recommend you take out travel insurance. Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond our control. All cruises are subject to weather and the vessel operator’s discretion. At certain times of year ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk you will be provided with a full length protective ‘Snorkel Suit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruise. Whitsundays Sailing Adventures.com and its related bodies corporate, its officers, employees and agents is not the owner or operator of any vessel on which passengers sail. Accordingly, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any injury to person or property which is suffered or sustained by any passenger as a result of participating in any of its sailing adventures, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

River City Cruises:

24 Hour Notice

Skydive Mission Beach:

A 100% cancellation fee will apply to confirmed bookings cancelled by you within 48 hours of actual jump date! Rescheduling of your booking within 48 hours incurs a $110 fee!

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Brisbane:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply when a booking is cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellation fee of 100% may apply for a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us. Absolute Airlie:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for no-shows on the day of the tour. Tours may require a minimum number of bookings in order to run. In the rare event of minimum numbers not being reached, management reserve the right to cancel the tour and customers will be offered an alternative day or tour (if available) or full refund. In the event of tour changes or cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or National Park closures, customers will be notified by Absolute Airlie management and a full refund OR exchange to another tour or date will be arranged.
